==>New markets which started to grow at grate rate (New trend)
   =>New trends can be found out when the existing players use it extensively. In a fake trend the existing players don't use it extensively (Eg. VR in Aug 2018)
==>Having a team like dedicated evangelists 
==>Have ambitious mission, as challenging mission are always fun to work with
==>Confident and definite view of future 
==>We get huge investment if they work out at huge scale
==>Building a great product, finding a great markert and getting a great team
==>Optimistic 
==>Idea generators to improve solutions and finding and solving new problems
