Interview Questions and Tips

Introduce yourself to me” Tip- don't start with “I am so and so…” be creative. Also make sure you mention teamwork as your strength. “Tell me something about your family” Tip- don't show any family insecurities..financial or emotional.. l&t want you to be able to live away from your family. “What do you know about L&T” Tip- research well, especially the different ICs of L&T and add which IC you wanna work for. Also mention the major ongoing projects of L&T. “Tell me about your internships" Tip-Highlight the knowledge and skills you acquired.
