Engineering For Change
An Essay As Part Of Engineers' Day 2019
A poet has his own language and and a engineer also has his own language ie, Drawing and maths. Both can fail if that don't know the proper way of useing there language.
Engineering saw it's beginning at the same time when the evolution of the human kind began. Since then, it has been witnessing change along with time. It being such an ancent and even after this lot of development in technology the classical definition of engineering still holds good even today and the defination is as follows:
"It is an art of using science and math for the benfit of human race".
Even today, some how we are far behind reaching the scope of engineering ie "benfitting the human race". We all know the reasons for this failure very well and we also very well know what is to be done now.
For an instance keeping all these apart, for me engineering is always a wonderful experience of learning, enjoining, working and developing.
A poet trys to bring change with his work in his readers, he trys to change the perception of the readers.
Likely a engineer also always try to bring the change in every situation he is put to...and all the technology we have to our comfort is the proof of that change.
To make us understand better we can say a
poet has a sensitive mind and strong thought process on the other hand a engineer has a strong mind and sensitive thought process
In terms of math we can say that change is the function of time and if the change occurs in no time then its called a revolution.
Building the future of generations to come
Engineering is the application of science and math to solve problems. Engineers figure out how things work and find practical uses for scientific discoveries. Scientists and inventors often get the credit for innovations that advance the human condition, but it is engineers who are instrumental in making those innovations available to the world.
